CC

Useful information!

I was just away for eight days, and during that time a young friend-of-a-friend came over to feed and water CC and water the plants. She came every other day, replenishing the dry food and water and putting out a third-of-a-can of Fancy Feast. When I came home late last Thursday, CC immediately emerged from […]

CC: Ready for Adoption!

CC is ready for adoption! It’s taken a while to say that — she’s been with me several months, after all — but after the ordeal she endured it was a challenge to assess her and to find a diet regimen she was happy with…and to get an idea of her personality. As a reminder, […]

CC THE CHAIR THIEF

I take it as a sign of CC’s sense of comfort around here that she has stolen my favorite chair. If I’m in it, she stares at me before jumping onto my lap. And if I don’t happen to be occupying the chair, she stakes a claim. I have a very hard time moving a […]

Rip

ADOPTION SUCCESS!

Rip left this evening with his forever mom. She seems very nice and I’m confident he’ll have a long and happy life with her and her husband. Oh, and her Labrador retriever. I think Rip will do well with an active dog. Stay tuned for the next adoptable superstar from Fat Kitty City.

RIP (Part 3)

Rip has been my foster for only three days, and already he’s done a remarkable job of making himself at home. Now we just need to find him a forever home. Here are some observations. For one thing, he is very affectionate. If I sit down, he appears on my lap almost immediately. I’ve had […]
